- Fill out the form below and schedule a date/time yourself with one of our staff members.
- Schedule a 15-minute consultation (€35) or a 30-minute consultation (€60) yourself.
- To provide our healthcare professionals with insight into your symptoms beforehand and to save time and costs, we ask you to complete a questionnaire before the consultation. You will receive a link to our questionnaire with the required order number via email after you have scheduled a consultation.
When should you choose a 15-minute consultation?
- When you are unsure which test you want to purchase.
- When you have a brief question about the report with the results and standard interpretations.
When should you choose a 30-minute consultation?
- When you want to discuss the report with the results and standard interpretations in detail
(!), with the exception of the microbiome report. This result requires more time from a healthcare professional to properly inform you about it.
After a phone consultation, you are not obligated to anything. You can therefore decide at your own pace and discretion which steps you wish to take.
