At Darmklachten.nl, we do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and clear return policy.
Return period
You have 14 days to return your order. The return period begins on the day you receive the package.
Conditions for returns
- The product must not have been used or damaged. It must be returned in its original, unopened condition and in the original packaging.
- Products that are not in their original condition (such as opened packaging or damaged items) are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning your order.
- We recommend using a track & trace code for return shipments so that you can make sure your package arrives safely.
Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund of the amount paid within 3–7 business days, excluding shipping costs (unless you received a defective or incorrect item).
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
